No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers.
What this covers

Deposits
In-person Inkless Elite: $1,000 deposit holds your seat. Remaining $4,100 balance is due 14 days before class. Virtual Inkless Elite: $1,000 deposit holds your seat. Remaining $4,400 balance is due 14 days before class. If the balance charge fails and isn't resolved within 3 days, the seat is released and the deposit is forfeited.
Date changes and no-shows
Enrollments cannot be moved to a different date, course, or person. Missing your class date is treated as a completed enrollment.
Self-paced online
Access is delivered immediately at purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Reschedule to a future class
If Olive N Sage Academy cancels or reschedules a class, the student receives a seat in a future class of equal value. No refund is issued. Students cannot transfer dates on their own.
Payment plans
Payment plans are a convenience, not a cancellation option. All scheduled payments remain due in full whether or not you attend. Certification is issued once the balance is paid.
