Who it's for

Start from where you are.

Inkless Elite Certification™ gives you a focused place to study inkless scar revision, thoughtful consultations, and the business choices around offering a new service. We don’t teach technique, we teach understanding, so you can connect what you see in skin and scar tissue to the questions you ask and the choices you make.

Your in-person learning starts with an at-home theory day, then moves into two hands-on days with live models. You’ll study skin anatomy, scar knowledge, stretch mark science, needle selection, depth control, pressure mapping, and pass technique before putting those ideas into guided practice.

You’ll also work through consultations, marketing, pricing, business setup, and referral outreach, because a skill without clients is not a career. The goal is a clear plan you can adapt to your own voice, market, and service menu—not a canned script.

Choose Reno on January 22–23, 2027, Las Vegas on February 19–20, 2027, or Dallas on March 20–21, 2027. In-person tuition is $4,900 paid in full, three payments of $1,750 every two weeks ($5,250 total), or a $1,000 deposit with $4,100 due 14 days before class; live virtual is arranged around your dates and has its own terms below.

PMU artist or tattoo artist expanding a service menu

You already know the value of a client-facing appointment and want a more intentional way to learn inkless work. You’ll revisit fundamentals around scar tissue, consultation language, depth, pressure, and follow-up planning while shaping service language that feels accurate and clear.

Nurse or esthetician seeking a structured new skill set

If careful observation and considered client conversations already matter in your work, this course gives those habits a practical learning structure. You’ll connect skin and scar knowledge with live-model learning in person, then build a usable plan for consultation and business setup.

Career changer ready to learn methodically

Prior tattoo experience is not presented as a prerequisite for this curriculum. Start with the theory day, build your vocabulary, and use the hands-on sequence to understand the work step by step before you decide how it fits your next move.

Outcomes by day

Learn it. Practice it. Make it yours.

At-home theory day

Build your skin, scar, and stretch-mark foundation

Study skin anatomy, scar knowledge, and stretch mark science as the context for inkless scar-revision decisions. You’ll learn why post-surgical, burned, and scarred skin can present differently, then carry better questions into hands-on learning.

At-home theory day

Understand the choices inside the inkless method

Learn how needle selection, depth control, pressure mapping, and pass technique connect inside the inkless approach. Instead of memorizing one sequence for every situation, you’ll organize your notes around what you observe, what you’re practicing, and what you want trainer feedback on.

Hands-on day one

Practice with live models in the in-person course

Use guided live-model practice to connect theory with tool handling, controlled passes, observation, and reflection. You’ll have trainer guidance while the learning is fresh, with room to ask practical questions about the work in front of you.

Hands-on day one

Lead a clearer client consultation

Practice assessing a scar-related concern, listening to client goals, and explaining the process in plain language. You’ll learn how to set realistic expectations and make the next step understandable without overstating what a service can do.

Hands-on day two

Develop case-by-case thinking

Continue hands-on model work while comparing the questions raised by different tissue presentations. You’ll practice noticing what to observe, document, and discuss, so your process stays grounded in the individual conversation rather than assumptions.

Hands-on day two

Plan a consistent client journey

Map the parts of the experience you can shape: initial communication, consultation flow, expectation setting, service presentation, and appropriate follow-up. This gives you a more organized way to move from technical study into a client-ready appointment process.

Hands-on day two

Create marketing and local-visibility ideas

Work through marketing, SEO, and social-media topics that help the right audience find and understand your service. You’ll consider educational content, local search visibility, and consistent brand language, then adapt those ideas to your own market.

Hands-on day two

Build a practical pricing and setup plan

Explore pricing, packages, service-menu structure, and the practical work of setting up an inkless offering. You’ll look beyond the posted service fee to the consultation, communication, and operating choices that sit behind it.

Hands-on day two

Approach referral outreach with a plan

Study a surgeon-referral outreach framework informed by the academy’s five surgeon referral partners. You’ll consider how to introduce your services, prepare useful materials, and follow up professionally as you build your own local relationships.

What's included

Your investment, made simple

A simple tuition-planning example

At $800 per stretch mark area, 7 client bookings cover $4,900 tuition in gross revenue.

Using the existing illustration of $800 per stretch mark area, seven completed areas equal $5,600 in gross service fees—more than the $4,900 in-person paid-in-full tuition. That is a tuition comparison, not take-home income: your price, costs, demand, pace of booking, and local requirements are yours to plan before enrollment.

Planning example only. Gross revenue is before expenses; your prices, demand and results will vary.

Tricia and Chaz, Olive N Sage Academy founders

Tricia and Chaz lead the practical learning with an emphasis on observation, feedback, and explaining the thinking behind a decision. In the in-person format, live-model work gives you a place to connect the at-home theory day to hands-on practice while your questions are close to the work.

Olive N Sage brings eight years of experience, 1,000+ cases, 450+ graduates, five surgeon referral partners, and a 4.9 Google rating to the broader learning environment. You’ll also have the alumni group for life and, in person, a post-class Zoom check-in with a model as you keep developing your own process.

I had a health scare. Chaz learned to help me, and that’s where this started. Now we teach you together in our working Reno studio — the technique, the consultation, and the business around it.
