Who it's for

Start from where you are.

Camo Elite Chromatology™ starts with the part that changes everything: how you see. You will use color theory and the Get Blended CMYK+W system to look beyond a quick beige, brown, or pink choice and read undertone, value, surrounding skin, texture, and scar context together. This is where a more intentional color conversation begins.

We don’t teach technique, we teach understanding. You will study skin anatomy, scar knowledge, stretch-mark science, and pigment behavior before moving into custom CMYK+W mixing, depth control, layering, and margin blending. Instead of reaching for a universal formula, you will build a repeatable way to think through the variables in front of you.

You will also connect your technical learning to the work that happens around the service: consultations, positioning, social content, Google visibility, pricing, treatment-package planning, and professional outreach. A skill without clients is not a career, so we include the business conversation alongside the technical one. Your results, client base, and income will depend on your practice, local market, licensing, and decisions; they are not guaranteed by this training.

PMU artist ready to sharpen color judgment

You may already understand the value of a beautiful blend and want a stronger system behind each decision. This path gives you CMYK+W mixing logic, skin-reading practice, and margin-blending concepts so you can explain why a color direction fits the case in front of you.

Nurse or esthetician building a considered service path

You want technical, communication, and business topics in the same room—not separated into disconnected lessons. You will explore how skin and scar context shape the consultation, then plan a client journey that keeps the conversation clear. Follow the county and state licensing rules that apply where you work.

Career changer who wants an organized starting point

You prefer a clear framework over random technique tips and are ready to put in deliberate practice. The curriculum moves from anatomy and color theory to assessment, technique concepts, marketing, pricing, and referral planning, giving you a practical place to begin building your own local path.

Outcomes by day

Learn it. Practice it. Make it yours.

Day 1

Read the canvas before choosing color

Study skin anatomy, scar knowledge, and stretch-mark science to make stronger observations. You will compare scarred skin with healthy surrounding skin, so your color conversation starts with what you actually see rather than an assumption.

Day 1

Use the Get Blended CMYK+W system

Work through custom CMYK+W color-mixing logic for camouflage planning. You will consider undertone, value, balance, and surrounding-skin context, then explain the direction you are considering instead of relying on a premade answer.

Day 1

Build a clear consultation approach

Learn a case-review approach that helps you decide whether camouflage belongs in the conversation. You will practice communicating visual considerations and the reasoning behind a proposed direction in a way clients can understand.

Day 1

Understand pigment and scar variables

Explore pigment behavior and the variables that can arise with scar types and damaged tissue. This gives you better questions around color shift, migration, texture, and healing context instead of treating every surface as the same.

Day 2

Create a controlled camouflage plan

Study depth control, layering, edge blending, and working around irregular texture. You will connect each technical choice to the surrounding area and learn how to think through a softer transition when the surface is not uniform.

Day 2

Put it together in supervised model practice

Use supervised model practice and real-time feedback to connect assessment, custom color thinking, and technique in one workflow. You will look at observation, decision-making, and execution together rather than as separate exercises.

Day 2

Market the service with clarity

Develop a practical lens for positioning a specialized service through social media, Google visibility, and educational content. You will learn how to help a prospective client understand the purpose of a consultation while keeping communication accurate.

Day 2

Map your business and outreach plan

Consider pricing, treatment-package planning, consultation flow, and a professional approach to referral relationships. You will leave with a more intentional launch framework and a clear reminder to complete the local licensing work required for your own practice.

What's included

You leave with more than a certificate.

01

Color theory and CMYK+W system study

You will receive focused instruction in color theory and the Get Blended CMYK+W system. Custom color-mixing logic is taught alongside skin reading, texture, and scar-context assessment.

02

Camouflage assessment and technique curriculum

Your learning includes skin anatomy, scar knowledge, stretch-mark science, pigment behavior, consultation thinking, depth control, layering, and margin blending. Each area supports a more connected way to plan camouflage work.

03

Supervised model-practice learning

The in-person curriculum supports supervised model practice and real-time feedback. This lets you bring assessment and technique into the same learning workflow.

04

Marketing and business planning

Marketing training covers professional positioning, social media, Google visibility, pricing, treatment-package planning, consultation flow, and a professional approach to referral outreach. You will leave with practical topics to shape your own plan.

05

Professional kit

In-person courses include a professional kit valued at $1,500+. Kit contents are not listed.

06

Ongoing Academy connection

You will have alumni group access for life, giving you an ongoing connection to the Academy community after training.

07

Private-training structure

Private training is available now for $6,300 paid in full. It is held on your dates across two weekdays with both trainers.

Your investment, made simple

Plan your tuition clearly

At $800 per stretch mark area, 8 client bookings cover $5,800 tuition in gross revenue.

For a simple tuition-planning example, the existing $800-per-stretch-mark-area example rate would place eight services at $6,400 in gross sales, above the $5,800 pay-in-full tuition. Use it only to map tuition against your own pricing and costs. Your expenses, local demand, licensing, client decisions, and timeline will shape what your business earns.

Planning example only. Gross revenue is before expenses; your prices, demand and results will vary.

Your trainers

Tricia and Chaz teach the work directly.

Tricia and Chaz, Olive N Sage Academy founders

Private Camo Elite training is taught by both trainers across two weekdays on your dates. Their approach brings technical observation and direct conversation together: look closely at the skin and color variables, explain the plan, and stay open to the fact that camouflage is never a one-answer service. You will be encouraged to build judgment for cases that do not look like a textbook example.

The Academy brings 8 years of work, 1,000+ cases, 450+ graduates, 5 surgeon referral partners, and a 4.9 Google rating to the perspective behind color, consultation, marketing, and outreach planning. Those are Academy experience figures, not a forecast of your bookings, referrals, rating, results, or income. Your path will be shaped by your own practice and local requirements.

I had a health scare. Chaz learned to help me, and that’s where this started. Now we teach you together in our working Reno studio — the technique, the consultation, and the business around it.
