This is where paramedical artists are made.
Paramedical tattoo training for nurses, PMU artists, and career-changers. Taught by working artists. Backed by the only CE-accredited program in the U.S.
Olive N Sage Academy, Reno, Nevada
Eight years treating clients. 1,000+ real cases. Five surgeon referral partners. 450+ graduates practicing nationwide. CE-accredited. Trainer for Artemis.
You’ve looked at other programs. Here’s what most of them don’t tell you.
Most paramedical tattoo training programs teach you technique on practice skin, hand you a certificate, and say good luck. Some lock you into their product line so you’re buying their inks forever. Others teach one person’s method — great artist, but what happens when you need to problem-solve a case they didn’t cover?
At Olive N Sage, you learn inside a working studio. Real clients. Real cases. Real surgeon consults happening around you. You don’t just learn how to tattoo a scar — you learn how to build the practice around it.
We built this program from the treatment room, not a textbook.
Our Own Ink Line
We developed our own formulations because we needed inks that held up on scar tissue, stretch marks, and post-surgical skin. Your training includes learning to work with — and think beyond — a single product system.
Artemis — Medical-Grade Serums
We train on Artemis — a medical-grade inkless and clear camouflage serum designed specifically for inkless tattoo procedures.
A Business Education Built Into Your Training
You’ll learn how to rank on Google so clients find you before your competitors. How to turn your Instagram into a pipeline, not just a portfolio. How to consult and close without feeling salesy. And how to build surgeon referral relationships.
Real cases. Real results.
8 years in a working studio means thousands of transformations — stretch marks, post-surgical scars, areola restoration, tiny tattoos, camouflage. This is the work your clients will come to you for.

Graduate Stories
I came in as a nurse with zero tattoo experience. I left with four certifications, a full business plan, and my first surgeon referral within a month of graduating.
Sarah M., RN — Google Review
The business training alone was worth the investment. Tricia taught me how to build surgeon relationships and now I have three referring doctors in my city.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need tattoo experience to enroll?
- No. Most of our students come from nursing, PMU, esthetics, or are complete career changers. We teach from zero.
- Is the CE accreditation real?
- Yes. Olive N Sage Academy is the only CE-accredited paramedical tattoo training program in the U.S. Your continuing education credits count.
- What’s the difference between inkless and camouflage?
- Inkless uses serums (no pigment) to trigger the body’s healing response for stretch marks, scars, and wrinkles. Camouflage uses custom-mixed pigments to color-match and conceal scars and skin irregularities.
- Do you help with business setup after graduation?
- Yes. Business training is built into every program — SEO, social media, pricing, surgeon outreach, and client consultation frameworks.
- Can I finance my training?
- Yes. We offer payment plans on all programs. Ask about current financing options when you book your discovery call.
